Jitaw's Terms & Conditions – In Plain Language

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jitaw platform and all its services. By accessing or using the jitaw website (jitaw.ws), mobile app, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Jitaw is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming licence. Our goal is to provide a safe, transparent, and enjoyable environment for users in Bangladesh. These terms exist to uphold that environment.

• KYC verification: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals or upon exceeding certain limits. A copy of your national ID or passport may be required.
• Password Security: Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. jitaw is not liable for any issues arising from sharing your password with others or falling victim to hacking.

Jitaw supports the most widely used mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. Full details on deposit and withdrawal rules are outlined below.

• Deposit methods: Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. During peak hours, it may take up to 30 minutes.
• Same Account: Withdrawals are generally sent back to the same payment account used for the original deposit.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Your balance does not expire. However, a maintenance fee may apply to accounts inactive for more than 12 months. You will be notified in advance.

All users must follow a set of fundamental rules when placing bets on jitaw. These rules apply equally to everyone on the platform.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — except where the Cash Out feature applies.
• Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds Changes: Bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed.
• Live Betting: Odds may change during live betting due to internet latency. Please review the odds carefully before confirming.
• Maximum Win: A maximum winning limit may apply per bet or per day, determined at the platform's sole discretion.
• Technical issues: jitaw is not liable for any lost bets resulting from internet disconnection or server issues.

• Wagering requirements: Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement (typically 3x–10x). You must wager that amount before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any bonus not used within that period will be forfeited.
• Single Use: The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, device, or payment account.
• Minimum Odds: Bets placed with bonus funds must meet a minimum odds requirement (typically 1.50 or higher).
• Bonus Cancellation: jitaw reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time and for any reason.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitaw platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name
• Opening an account or conducting transactions using someone else's identity
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system for artificial gain
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software or odds system
• Participating in match fixing or betting manipulation
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users

Jitaw believes betting is entertainment, not an addiction. That's why we have a range of tools and policies in place to promote responsible gaming.

• Deposit limit: Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-exclusion: You can request to temporarily suspend your account for a set period at any time.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a betting break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Reality Check: You'll receive periodic reminders letting you know how long you've been playing.
• Age verification: We follow strict age verification procedures to protect minors.

• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• Due to extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

Upon account termination, any remaining balance will be refunded, unless it has been forfeited due to a rule violation. KYC verification is required for any refund.

Jitaw is committed to resolving any user issues quickly and fairly. Below are the steps we follow for dispute resolution.

• Step one: If you run into any issues, reach out via live chat or email. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
• Step Two: If your issue isn't resolved at the first step, submit a formal complaint. A review will be initiated within 48 hours.
• Step Three: If you are not satisfied with jitaw's decision, you have the right to appeal to the licensing authority.

Jitaw reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following procedure will be followed when changes are made.

• For significant changes, you will be notified at least 7 days in advance.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
